Blessed Be
Are the poor
The spirit
Of heaven?
And shall those
Who weep have
Grief relieved?
Are the meek
Ever to
Inherit?
Shall hunger
And thirst for
Justice be
Satisfied
Merciful
Ends obtain
For the pure
Of heart see
Goodness bless
All those who
Seek peace? Who
Shall call them?
God's offspring,
Who suffer
Persecution,
Will theirs be
A kingdom
Of heaven?
